<b>Insurance Broker Trainees</b>

Responsibilities :
The ideal candidates will be assigned to our Corporate Risk Division and Marine Insurance Group.
During 1-year programme, trainee will be provided with in class and on the job training. The in-class training will be held 3 times a week after office hours in an insurance course where they will learn about basic knowledge of general insurance. Whereas the on the job training will be held in our head office where they will learn and implement the concepts of customer service, our work process, our business, standard procedure, and the company’s policy.
The trainee will start learning about our works and business from data collection, preparing certificates of insurance, negotiatiation with underwriters, to assist manager in securing new business and to handle/manage corporate insurance accounts.

Requirements :
* S1 degree - fresh graduate in any major from recognised university (for Corporate Risk Division)
* S1 degree - fresh overseas graduate in Business/Finance/Marketing (for Marine Insurance Group)
* Single, not more than 25 years of age
* Have a big willingness to learn and a fast learner
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English (oral and written) is required
* Computer literate
