1. Senior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities :
a. Responsible for all marketing programs/projects set by Regional marketing team and/or local team.
b. Provide support in compiling competitors analysis and managing customers database
c. Implement marketing communications, advertising, and promotional activities to support overall marketing/sales objectives
d. Initiate and co-ordinate joint marketing programs with appointed PR/advertising/ event agencies
e. Co-ordinate with distributors and resellers to develop marketing activity schedule
f. Providing assistance to the localization of marketing communication materials
g. Assist in all Fuji Xerox Printers launch events or seminars on new product introductions

Qualification & Experience :

  • Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Mass Communication with minimum 3(three) years working experience (IT industry would be an advantage)
  • Creative, self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team player
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Certain degree of travelling within Indonesia and/or abroad

2. Service Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities :
a. Interfaces primarily with customers, Authorised Service Provider, Factory and internal staff.
b. Responsible for ASP technical skill knowledge and performance
c. Be the main technical focus person back to FXPC Singapore
d. Provides technical training and advise to internal staff and TPM/ASP
e. Submits reports on product quality and component reliability.
f. Handles customer telephone inquires, help desk, ensuring accurate and timely response.
g. Coordinate service call and dispatch to ASP to ensure timing response to customer.
h. Assist in stock control and service stock inventory issues.
i. Provides switch relief and other backup technical support.
j. Assist as a Customer Relation Officer in handling complaint.

Qualification & Experience :

  • Diploma/Degree holders in Electronic Engineering with minimum 2(two) years working experience (IT industry would be an advantage)
  • Self motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as a team player
  • Good knowledge on computer applications
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Willing to travel occasionally within Indonesia and/or abroad.
