As MT Leaf, you will learn and contribute to our total operation starting in Growing area and Production; Supply Chain and Blending; Green leaf threshing; Finance and IT; and also CORA & HR function. You will be expected to excel in all areas to be confirmed as management level at the end of the program.


Management Trainee - Leaf

REQUIREMENT:

You need to have a degree (preferably in Agronomy) from a reputable university.

* GPA minimum 3.00 (S1 or S2, with education background : Agriculture )
* Demonstrate very good analytical, interpersonal skills and presentation skill.
* Possess strong leadership skills that will enable you to lead, inspire & develop your team.
* Must be comfortable in communicating and challenging Managers and Senior Managers.
* Good in speaking and writing in English
* Be able to work under pressure and tight dead lines
* Have excellent analytical thinking, negotiation skill, and also interpersonal and communication skill
