Corporate Legal Staff

Responsibilities:
Key focus of this position will be support Corporate legal activity, especially responsibilities about drafting, review and control company license, agreement, permit & formalities related to regulation compliance. Preferable have experience to process permit, license and government institution relation.

The work covers :
o Drafting, analysis and administrate legal document
o Handle control of company license, permit of machine, equipment, building and envirotment
o Selected candidate for this position will be work as a team member of Legal and General Affair at YKK FIG Group.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Hukum Perdata, legal, & compliance.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in manufacturing industry
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
