HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (HRO)

Reporting to HRGA Manager, you will join in a team to perform Human Resource functions such as recruitment, training, career development, performance appraisal, career planning, and organizational development based on competency.

Requirements:
* Prior knowledge in Competency Model and its application.
* Degree in Psychology.
* Minimum 1year relevant working experience in human resources function.
* Service oriented and good communication skill.
* Familiar with up-to-date employee assessment tools and methods is an added value.
* Strong sense of urgency and able to work in a team under a fast-paced environment.
* Fresh graduates with GPA > 2.7 are welcome to apply.
